Jeffrey Dahmer, also known as the Milwaukee Cannibal, was an American serial killer and sex offender, who committed the rape, murder and dismemberment of 17 men and boys between 1987 and 19981. He was arrested on July 22nd after the remains of 11 men and boys are found in his Milwaukee, Wisconsin apartment.
